January Most Anticipated Reads + JANUARY TBR [2020]

First of all, Happy New year everyone! 2019 was not really a good year for me so I’m kinda glad to finally say goodbye to it. I hope this new year brings lots of happiness, joy, and books. I didn’t make any new year resolutions or set any goals because I’m pretty bad at following them. What about you guys? Do you have any new year resolutions? If so, please share them in the comments below. Anyways, here are the books that I’m anticipating this month.

January 14

January 16th

A Heart So Fierce and Broken (Cursebreakers, #2) Scavenge the Stars (Scavenge the Stars, #1) One of Us Is Next (One of Us Is Lying, #2)

A HEART SO FIERCE AND BROKEN BY BRIGID KEMMERER: I’m super excited for this book because we’re finally going to get Grey’s side of story.

SCAVENGE THE STARS BY TARA SIM: I’ve heard great things about Tara sim’s Timekeeper series but I haven’t read it yet. When I read the synopsis of this book, I needed it ASAP. It’s going to be my first Tara Sim book so I really hope it doesn’t disappoint me.

ONE OF US IS NEXT BY KAREN MC.MANUS: I loved the first book One of Us Lying! It’s an entertaining YA thriller with stereotype characters. I actually didn’t know there’s going to be another book. I can’t wait to meet the new set of characters. I plan to devour this next month.

Serpent & Dove (Serpent & Dove, #1) Spin the Dawn (The Blood of Stars, #1) Darkdawn (The Nevernight Chronicle, #3) A Heart So Fierce and Broken (Cursebreakers, #2) The Queen of Nothing (The Folk of the Air, #3)

Woven in Moonlight Shadow Knights (Knights of the Realm, #2) Scavenge the Stars (Scavenge the Stars, #1) Taming Demons for Beginners (The Guild Codex: Demonized #1) Reckless Hate (Westbrook Blues, #1) Would Like to Meet

So, that’s it for this month and thanks for reading my post! I hope you all have a wonderful reading month!

Now tell me what are your most anticipated books of this month and what books are in your  January TBR? Have you finished your Goodreads Challenge? Please share them in the comments below!

Until next time and have a great day! 😀

I am right there with you waiting for One of Us is Next. I can’t wait to return to Bayview. Loved Tweet Cute, Genie Lo, Every Other Weekend, and How to Speak Boy. I hope you get to read some of these, and that they are all hits.

I am looking forward to One of Us is Next, too! Until recently I thought it was following all the same characters, so I was a little disappointed to find out it’s new characters, but I’m still looking forward to it.
I don’t usually make resolutions because the only one I ever keep is my Goodreads Challenge number…but I kind of went all in with goal setting this year. I made a vision board and got one of those Rachel Hollis journals and we’ll see how it goes…
Happy 2020! I hope it’s much better for you than 2019!
