BOOK BLITZ+TOURS

Book Of The Month

SPLIT BY J.B. SALSBURY

This book was so exciting and thrilling to read. The story had me captivated from the very beginning and I couldn’t put it down for a second. It was dark, suspenseful and romantic. Lucas was an intriguing character and I absolutely loved him.

 BLURB:
After her career goes sour, Shyann finds herself jobless, penniless, and packing for her hometown–where unwanted memories await.Lucas needs the quiet life. And that’s exactly what he’s found in Payson, Arizona. For the first time in his life, he finally feels like his mind is in check. Lucas has suffered from blackouts since he was a child. He knows he’s not like other guys. But when Lucas meets his boss’s daughter, her probing eyes and personal questions pick away at his barriers. Shyann is everything he should never have…everything he wants. And soon the blackouts return. The last thing he wants is to expose how dangerous he can be–but he’s helpless, and it could cost him Shyann.

 ALSO RECOMMEND

INQUITY(THE ASCENT#1) BY MELODY WINTER

I was a bit confused with the story at the start but as the story progressed, I eventually began to enjoy it. It’s really a nice paranormal romance with a decent plot and I loved it. I highly recommend this to all the paranormal lovers.

BLURB:
Athena Harrow is about to turn twenty-one, but there will be no celebration. What is there to celebrate when the world is ruled by demons? She hates the darkness the demons brought with them and longs for the light to return to the world—a world she only vaguely remembers. The people in her forest village blindly accept the life the demons forced upon them, even tolerating the yearly ascension ceremony where all the girls who have turned twenty-one are either sent away to serve the Master Demon or left in the village and forced to procreate. But Paymon, the assigned village demon, selects a different role for Athena, a role that pits her against the village. While she adapts to her new life, Erebus, a younger, more powerful demon, arrives, and Athena must play a dangerous game with his emotions in return for information about the demon’s reign of darkness. As Athena’s dreams of restoring the light begin to fade, her life with Erebus takes an unexpected turn, and this time it’s her life being put to the test. Set in the forest around Buttercrambe in North Yorkshire, England, INIQUITY explores the frightening, darker side of romance and the uncontrolled emotions it can unleash.

IN ICE WE BURN BY ALEXANDRA MOODY

This book was quite interesting and a unique read. If you like reading Sci-fi dystopian novels with strong and stubborn female leads then you must check this out.

BLURB:
A world of frost and snow. A prince with a heart of ice. A darkness lurking in the shadows, so evil it may destroy them all. Eighteen-year-old Sloane has spent years training to be lethal. She can cut a man down as easily with her bare hands as she can with a sword. But when her brother goes missing on the green planet, Aeris, she will need more than her skills with a blade to save him. Sneaking aboard the rescue mission may be easy for her, but the woods of Aeris aren’t as empty as her people first assumed. Sloane is about to meet her match, and he’s not exactly human… Kidnapped and dragged to a mysterious frozen world, Sloane must gain her captor’s trust if she wants to escape. The only problem is: she didn’t plan to care for the strange people who live there. She didn’t expect the smoldering attraction she feels for the man who keeps her prisoner in the snow. And she never imagined the dark creatures that haunt the foreign world could hold the answers she is looking for.

So here I am reading through this amazing post and I LOVE THE CRAP OUT OF THIS FORMAT!! The perfectionist in me is like YAS GIRL YAS! Lol and I am definitely cover lusting hard on some of these. Especially Inquity, I’m happy you featured it at the bottom, sounds like something I would read. I think I told you this before but I love how you read unpopular books because I’m just like “ooooo what is this?” haha.
I hope you have a great December doll xoxo

Aww…Thank you so much! I like this format and I think I’ll stick with this for a long time. Yeah, I love reading unpopular books cause they never fail to surprise me and even if a book disappoints me It’s okay because I never put high expectations on them. Inquity is an entertaining paranormal read with demons, vampires and some witchery. I really hope you enjoy it when you get to it. Hope you have a wonderful day and a great december too! 😀
