Monthly Wrap-Up | September 2016

Hello there! Here goes another month and it’s time for another wrap up post. This month I’ve read 12 books and reviewed 5 books. I’m still behind on lots of reviews and with my half hiatus status, I’m trying my best to blog as much as possible.

Midnight Sky (Dark Sky #2) by Amy Braun [ARC Review]
The Replacement Crush By Lisa Brown Roberts [ARC Review]
Player by M.L. Sparrow [ARC Review]
Nevernight (The Nevernight Chronicle #1) by Jay Kristoff [Review]
This Savage Song (Monsters of Verity #1) by Victoria Schwab [Review]

Book Of The Month

This book was hilarious, Sexy and fun. A must read for everyone who loves enemies to lovers trope.

BLURB: Nemesis (n.) 1) An opponent or rival whom a person cannot best or overcome.
2) A person’s undoing
3) Joshua Templeman

Lucy Hutton has always been certain that the nice girl can get the corner office. She’s charming and accommodating and prides herself on being loved by everyone at Bexley & Gamin. Everyone except for coldly efficient, impeccably attired, physically intimidating Joshua Templeman. And the feeling is mutual.

Trapped in a shared office together 40 (OK, 50 or 60) hours a week, they’ve become entrenched in an addictive, ridiculous never-ending game of one-upmanship. There’s the Staring Game. The Mirror Game. The HR Game. Lucy can’t let Joshua beat her at anything—especially when a huge new promotion goes up for the taking.

If Lucy wins this game, she’ll be Joshua’s boss. If she loses, she’ll resign. So why is she suddenly having steamy dreams about Joshua, and dressing for work like she’s got a hot date? After a perfectly innocent elevator ride ends with an earth shattering kiss, Lucy starts to wonder whether she’s got Joshua Templeman all wrong.

Maybe Lucy Hutton doesn’t hate Joshua Templeman. And maybe, he doesn’t hate her either. Or maybe this is just another game.

Well, That’s it for this month! I hope you guys had a great month too. ❤
Please feel free to comment below or leave a link to your wrap up post.
Until next time and Have a nice day! 😀

The Hate Game sounds fun. Is it long?

    12 books! You’ve been busy 😀

It’s 384 pages long novel and trust me you’ll love every moment in this book. I usually read 15 books for a month so I’m hoping to read more books in October.

I asked because lately I read only 500+ novels, and I’m a bit tired. 😦
I’m in the mood for something light and shortish.

Wow!!! I’m very choosy when it comes to long novels. For contemporaries I mostly prefer short ones which are less than 350pages long.

They were historical fiction. I love them, but it takes a while to read them. Also some romance with 400-500 pages.
        Well then, I’ll def.give it a try then. 😀
