GENRE: Young-Adult,Contemporary,
Romance.
SUMMARY: When Gia Montgomery’s boyfriend, Bradley, dumps her in the parking lot of her high school prom, she has to think fast. After all, she’d been telling her friends about him for months now. This was supposed to be the night she proved he existed. So when she sees a cute guy waiting to pick up his sister, she enlists his help. The task is simple: be her fill-in boyfriend— two hours, zero commitment, a few white lies. After that, she can win back the real Bradley.

The problem is that days after prom, it’s not the real Bradley she’s thinking about, but the stand-in. The one whose name she doesn’t even know. But tracking him down doesn’t mean they’re done faking a relationship. Gia owes him a favor and his sister intends to see that he collects: his ex-girlfriend’s graduation party — three hours, zero commitment, a few white lies.

Just when Gia begins to wonder if she could turn her fake boyfriend into a real one, Bradley comes waltzing back into her life, exposing her lie, and threatening to destroy her friendships and her new-found relationship.

MY REVIEW: This book oozes total cuteness, I mean Cute cover, Cute plot and cute guy ❤ .While reading this I always had a smiley face through out the book.I got what I expected from this book so I’m happy with it.It is one of my highly anticipated books so It’s totally worth all the waiting.
The writing style of the book is easy to understand and perfect. The plot was nothing new, same old high school drama with a twist but once you’re in you are hooked. All the characters are well created and connected. The story is narrated in Gia’s POV and we can easily get connected to her.The story looked so realistic that made me forgot about my surroundings, it’s like I was drowned inside the book.

The Character Gia is truly a cute, fun loving high school Girl we can easily get to know.On the prom day when her boyfriend Bradley break-ups with her at the parking lot, she  sees some cute guy who was there at the parking lot  who was waiting to pick up his sister Bec.She asks the cute guy(who also witnessed the whole break-up) to pretend as her Fill-In-Bradley.

He was still looking at me like I was crazy. I felt crazy. “You want me to pretend to be Captain America?”

Gia’s friends didn’t met Bradley before and they think that she is bluffing about having a boyfriend especially Jules who will take most pleasure in making it true. From then on the whole drama begins and finally she comes to realize what’s real and what’s not, and what she’s missing in her life.

I really liked Gia and Fill-In-Bradley they’d make a cute couple. There are some many cliché’s in it,some may like them or some may not but In this book,I got no problem with it. Gia’s got a over perfect parents who always hides their emotions with a perfect smile on their faces. Gia’s brother Drew is a total jerk who uses her as a subject for his project without even asking for her permission, and he wasn’t even sorry about it.At start I thought Gia’s family is a perfectly weird family  and at last I come to know it was only a facade and at the end of the book they come to realization being perfect is not so great, which was well portrayed. The friends of Gia I don’t know why she endures them, honestly I didn’t like them at all, Bec is so much better than them who understands her more, who always listens to her ramblings. This book covers all the factors like friendship, family and love.

It was my first book from Kasie West and it was really fabulous and now i’m definitely gonna check out her other works. This book is a perfection with slight flaws but they can be overlooked with all the drama going on.I’d highly recommend this book to anyone who are looking for a cute and fun read.
MY RATING:   4-stars14-stars14-stars14-stars1
